Patient Navigator classes are held Thursdays March 6 - June 12, 2008 from 9:15am to 12:15pm and Supervisor classes are held Tuesdays, April 1 and 8, 2008 from 9:15am to 4:00pm at 35-37 Harvard Street, Worcester, MA. The Graduation for both courses will be held on Thurrsday, June 26 at 12:00pm at Hoagland-Pincus Conference Center, Shrewsbury, MA. The Patient Navigator course can be utilized to meet MDPH's recommendations for CHW professional training. College credit for the Patient Navigator course completion may be available. CEUs for the Supervisor course completion are available.
